Which membership is right for you? Are you fully committed or are you testing the waters? We can help you decide! Our memberships include unlimited classes, so you can come all the time or stick to the few classes that work for you.
STEP 3
INTRO CLASS
After choosing a membership, your journey starts with the Saturday intro class. We'll cover proper form, answer questions, and schedule optional measurements. Please EMAIL to set up an Intro session.
STEP 4
GET MOVING
This is the fun part! Start your classes and build a routine; CONSISTENCY = RESULTS. Along the way we'll assess and track your progress so you can see how far you've come. Check off and accomplish goals and then strive for new ones.
